    We offer a 100-day trial period on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your Carl Friedrik product within 100 days of purchase, you can return it for a full refund.

    To process an exchange, please follow the refund process on the returns portal above, then choose "Exchange" as your reason for return.

    We offer a lifetime warranty covering repairs or replacements for functional damages. Broadly, this means issues that prevent you from using the product. If your item has functional damage we will assess and provide either a repair or a replacement.
