I received this as a gift from my family once I completed my training as a physician. The center pocket has a space perfect for my prescription pad and fountain pens, and I am able to fit my laptop, tablet and notepad in here comfortably. It is beautifully designed, I took it with me as a travel briefcase and I was able to fit all of my charging materials for watch, phone, tablet, laptop without any issues. The strap is well made, the weight was well distributed and my shoulder didn't feel the burden as with other bags. I also got the smart holder, which was perfect for traveling with my carry-on. I love the cognac color, I love that I could personalize it so that as it ages over time, the patina will give it a vintage look, and it will be a bag that I can pass onto my children from the starting of my career.
I would also like to comment on the customer service, which I have found to be the best of ANY company I have purchased from. Originally my family bought a black bag, because the cognac was out of stock. Magda from customer service worked with me on an exchange where I incurred no cost. It’s because of this customer service and the quality of the product that I’m now a return customer, and recently purchased the cognac carry-on luggage during the sample sale. I will be back for more!
